Lana Wear, Founder & CEO
Lana's career began in Sales, first as a Real Estate Agent with Douglas Elliman in NYC and later as a Sales Executive for multinational corporations. Her corporate career honed her business acumen, while her passion for real estate led her to buy and renovate properties.
This unique combination of experience distinguishes Lana in the home staging industry — she not only understands the real estate market and buyers' needs but also deeply values the importance of return on investment.
As the Founder and CEO of HomeWear Designs, Lana seamlessly blends her love for design with sharp business sensibilities. Her goal is to maximize your property's value while delivering a service level shaped by nearly 15 years of executive relationship management experience. Lana isn't satisfied unless you achieve a significant return on your staging investment.
Lana holds a degree from Wellesley College and an MBA from the University of Florida. When she's not working, you'll find her strolling through Central Park with her husband and rescue dog or spending time with her mentee through Big Brothers Big Sisters NYC.
Randy Green, Co-Founder & Licensed Real Estate Agent
Randy Green is a seasoned real estate professional with over twenty years of experience as a licensed Salesperson in NYC and St. Petersburg, FL. Randy has a deep understanding of the market and works extensively with buyers, renters, and homeowners to achieve real estate goals.
After an initial career in advertising, Randy followed his passion and transitioned into real estate sales. He joined Douglas Elliman in 2010, specializing in co-op and condominium sales.
His two decades in the industry have not only refined his skills in real estate transactions but also helped him develop a sharp eye for design and staging.
Randy’s unique ability to anticipate buyer perceptions and enhance property appeal has been instrumental in achieving successful sales. He knows firsthand how buyers will perceive a home and what will make a property sell.
Randy holds a degree from the University of Maryland at College Park, and has Real Estate Salesperson licenses in both New York and Florida.
